We believe that one of the best ways to grow spiritually is through doing life as a group. At Restoration, Community Groups are the primary environments in which this can happen. We gather together as families to study God’s word, talk about life, and build one another up as the body of Christ. For the Fall of 2016 semester, all Community Groups will be diving deeper into the study of God’s Word based on the sermon from each Sunday. Groups are for adults of all ages and marital statuses.
Additionally, we encourage participation in a Huddle. Huddles are small, intimate groups of 3-5 people who come together routinely to study God’s Word, do real life together, gain encouragement and spur one another on in living the life God has intended. Transparency and authenticity is what you will find in these settings – sometimes these things get lost in a large group.
Finally, if you are just exploring Restoration and want to know about how things work, what we believe, or just want to meet some new people, then Starting Point is a great place to do that. Starting Point is a group lead by Pastor Adam and his wife Katie. You will have the opportunity to learn, in depth, the beliefs and values of Restoration, hear what it means to be a covenant member, learn ways to get involved, and ask any questions that you may have. This truly is a great starting point to getting connected at Restoration.
